Website leads straight to CRM
Website CRM integration with no manual copying: a lead from a form, landing page or ad lands in your CRM or spreadsheet by itself, tagged with its source, and you get a Telegram message.
Just write — I’ll take it from there. I’ll estimate your task at no cost.
Who it’s for
A website lead that someone has to retype into the CRM is easy to lose: the manager is busy, a client messaged in the evening, the number was written down wrong. Automation transfers it instantly and in full — name, phone, service and source.
You don’t need a new CRM: I connect your website to the one you already use. If you don’t have a CRM, leads go into Google Sheets — one sheet instead of a heap of chats.
This is for you if leads come from several forms or landing pages, you pay for ads and want to see what actually brings clients, or you’re tired of checking the sheet against your chats.

Specifics
Connecting a form to a CRM isn’t one button. Here’s what goes into it.
Your site may be built on a website builder or coded from scratch. I look at how the form sends the lead and carry it on from there. If anything on the site needs changing, I’ll tell you once I’ve looked.
Name, phone, service, comment, the page they wrote from — each goes into its own CRM field, not one block of text.
Leads from Instagram DMs and calls land in the same CRM or sheet as website leads, tagged with where they came from.
A lead in the CRM is just the start. From there, the client can get reminders, and a contract or completion certificate can fill in from its data, no retyping.
If the CRM doesn’t accept a lead, the lead doesn’t vanish: automation retries and is the first to tell you about the failure.
Result
Website form, ad landing page, a separate promo page — every lead lands in your CRM or Google Sheets with name, phone, service and time.
Each lead carries its source: form, page, ad. If your ad links have UTM tags, those come through too — you see what brings clients and what just burns budget.
If someone submits twice, no new client appears in your database. It stays clean, and nobody calls the same person twice.
You get a message with the phone, service and source — so you can call back while the client still remembers where they reached out.
Live demo
This is working code, not a picture. Send a request and you’ll see where it lands and who finds out.
How it works
From you: tell me where your leads come from, and give me access.
We list the forms, landing pages and ads people come from, and the fields you want to see in the CRM.
You see the diagram: where the lead goes, what goes with it, who gets the alert. Once you approve, I switch it on.
The setup runs alongside your manual entry until the CRM shows exactly what you’d have entered yourself — every field in place, no duplicates.
I turn it on for the live site and show you the log where every lead is visible. Access stays on your accounts, and connecting a new form takes a change in one place.
Questions
When your website is connected to a CRM, leads from forms and landing pages go into the CRM or Google Sheets by themselves along with their source, and you get a Telegram message right away. Nobody moves them by hand, so leads don’t get lost or duplicated.
Sites on website builders and custom-coded sites can both be connected to a CRM: automation takes the lead from the form and passes it on. I’ll tell you exactly how to do it for your site once I’ve looked at it.
No, you don’t need to change your CRM: automation connects to the one you already use. If you don’t have a CRM, leads go into Google Sheets.
To see the ad behind each lead, your ad links need UTM tags. Automation records them in the CRM or sheet along with the lead, so you see the source, campaign and ad for every client.
Yes, leads from Instagram DMs and calls can land in the same CRM or sheet as website leads. Each one is tagged with where it came from.
The lead isn’t lost: automation retries, and you get a failure alert. The log shows what ran and when.
I’ll give you the exact price of connecting a website to a CRM after our first conversation — and it won’t go up after that.
