Sales automation in your CRM
I set up sales automation in your CRM: each lead becomes a deal on its own, your manager and client get reminders, the contract fills itself, and on Mondays you get a report.
Just write — I’ll take it from there. I’ll estimate your task at no cost.
Who it’s for
Sales automation means the routine between a lead and payment is done by connected services, not by a manager. No entering deals by hand, no remembering the next call, no retyping the contract.
It fits a sales team that sells services or projects and loses leads between DMs, phone calls and a spreadsheet. If you sell on your own, it fits too: the automation takes care of reminders and the report.
You don’t have to set up a new CRM. The automation connects to the one you already use, and if you have no CRM, you can start with Google Sheets. I pick the tool to fit the task.

What to prepare
What the price depends on
In detail
Not “automation” in general, but rules you can see in every deal.
Someone DMs you on Instagram, then fills in the form — the new request goes into their existing record instead of creating a duplicate.
You set the rule for who gets a new deal. The automation follows it and instantly messages the manager on Telegram.
Every deal shows its source: website, Instagram or a call. The report shows which channels bring payments and which bring only questions. Useful for marketing, too.
Non-standard terms or a complaint — the automation doesn’t decide on its own, it hands the deal to a manager. We draw up the list of such cases together.
If a step fails, the automation retries it and messages you. You hear about a failure from the system, not from a client.
What you get
A lead from your website, Instagram or a call becomes a deal in your CRM on its own, tagged with its source. The manager gets a task, the client gets a reminder, you get a report. Only the conversations stay manual.
If a deal stalls with no reply, the manager gets a reminder on Telegram. The day before a meeting or payment, the client gets a message automatically.
Contracts, completion certificates and delivery notes fill from the deal data — name, service and amount aren’t retyped by hand.
In the morning on Telegram: how many leads came in, from where, how many became deals and payments. Your sales records build up on their own — you don’t keep them by hand.
Live demo
This is working code, not a picture. Send a request and you’ll see where it lands and who finds out.
How it works
All you do is tell me how a deal goes now. I do the rest.
You tell me how a lead moves from the first message to payment, and where managers do the same thing by hand every day.
Every step on one diagram: what becomes a deal, who gets a reminder, which document gets filled. We agree on it before launch.
The automation runs alongside your managers’ manual work until the results match.
I switch it on and show the team where to check the log and how to change a sales rule in one place.
Questions
CRM sales automation is a chain with no manual steps: a lead becomes a deal, the manager and client get reminders, the contract fills from a template, and on Monday you get a sales report. It all runs on the services you already use.
You don’t have to set up a new CRM for sales: the automation connects to the one your team already uses. If you have no CRM, you can collect leads in Google Sheets — I pick the tool to fit the task.
For selling services and project-based sales, automation is especially useful: when a deal is long and goes through several conversations, it reminds the manager of the next step and fills the contract from the deal data. So nothing gets lost between calls.
Your managers don’t need to learn a new program: they work in the same CRM or spreadsheet as before and get reminders on Telegram. After launch I show the team how everything works — an hour of training is included.
I’ll name the exact price of sales team automation after our first call, and it won’t go up after that. The amount depends on how many lead sources you have, how many documents fill from a template, and whether you have a CRM.
Client data is stored on your accounts from day one: the CRM, spreadsheets and Telegram belong to you. If you decide to carry on without me, the client base and the automation diagram stay with you.
