From a post on Instagram to an hour blocked out in your calendar. No calls, no back and forth in the DMs.
A working demo you can click.
A booking page is a link. It goes wherever people already look at you.
A link in the bio and a button under the post. Nobody leaves the app for longer than a minute.
In your business profile, right next to the directions, where someone is already working out how to reach you.
A button in a bot or under a channel post. They book, and the confirmation lands in that same chat.
On the mirror, on the desk, on a card. The client standing in front of you books the next visit while putting a coat on.
Found by name and by service, landing straight on the time picker instead of a phone number that answers nine to seven.
A few messages on Telegram: your field, your services, how many people, how you keep the schedule today.
You see the page and the booking flow before I write a line of code.
I load in the services, the durations, the staff and the hours. You check it from your own phone.
The page opens for clients, and the first booking lands in your Telegram.
Better to hear this at the start than at the end.
While there are fewer bookings than there is time to answer them, the DMs cope. This starts to pay off when answering no longer fits into the day.
That is no longer booking, that is an operations system. I will say so straight away and build it separately if you really need it.
That is a separate step: a payment provider, paperwork, refunds. It can be done, but it is not one button.
The schedule stays yours: hours, days off, lunch, different shifts for different people. That is configuration, not a rewrite.
Each service carries its own length, and the free slots are worked out from it. The demo above does exactly that, so switch the service and watch.
You do. The panel opens on a phone: add a booking by hand, close a day, block a holiday.
Into Telegram right away, and into the calendar. If you want, also by email or into the sheet you already use.
The reminder goes out before the visit on its own, and the client can cancel themselves, which returns the hour to the free list at that moment. Prepayment can be switched on too, as a separate step.
Not necessarily. Booking can go into the site you have, or live on a page of its own. I will look at the code and tell you which is faster.
«Half our receptionist’s day went to phone calls: booking, rescheduling, reminding. Gordey put booking right on the site — a client sees the open slots and picks a time. In the first month 70% of bookings came through without a single call. And people show up more often: they chose the hour themselves.»
«Half our students forgot their classes and groups fell apart. Gordey built booking on the site and a bot that reminds them a day and an hour before. No-shows halved, and I no longer message everyone by hand. Best of all, students reschedule themselves and the timetable stays alive.»
