Your phone system
I connect the VoIP system you already use, as long as it can share call data. The number your clients know stays the same.

Calls land in CRM on their own
CRM phone integration: every call and missed call lands where your other leads are, and a reminder to call back comes to you on Telegram automatically.
Just write — I’ll take it from there. I’ll estimate your task at no cost.
Who it’s for
Leads from your website and Instagram often already sit in a spreadsheet or CRM, while calls live separately — in your phone’s call log or your phone system’s dashboard. From there they get copied by hand, or not at all. I connect your phone system to your database so a call becomes a lead just like all the others.
It fits a salon, a service business, a shop, an agency — anywhere the owner or a few people answer the phone and a missed call is easy to lose. For a call center or a cold-calling team, we first look at what’s already there: which phone system, which CRM, how many people on the line.
The price depends on how many services we connect and what should happen after a call: just a record in the database, or also notifications, reminders and a call list. You don’t have to install a new CRM — I pick the tool for the task.

The details
No new apps for you and no change of number — just a link between the tools that already work.
I connect the VoIP system you already use, as long as it can share call data. The number your clients know stays the same.
If you have a CRM, calls go there. If not, I bring everything into a Google Sheet: who called, when, and what was agreed.
A missed call or a new number — a message goes to you or to whoever handles calls on your team.
For cold calling: a sheet of numbers with the outcome — no answer, call back, interested. The next call reminds you on its own.
If a call doesn’t reach the database, the system tells you right away — not when the client dials a second time.
The phone system, CRM and spreadsheet run on your accounts. I only connect them and show you how it all works.
What changes
Who called and when, answered or not — it lands in your CRM or Google Sheet next to leads from your website and messengers. One database instead of two.
If you miss a call, you get a Telegram message with the number, and a “call back” row appears in the database.
Promised a client a call back at a certain time? Mark it, and the reminder comes right on time. No need to keep it in your head.
If the number is already in the database, the call is added to that client instead of creating a new one. You can see who called, messaged or left a request.

This is working code, not a picture. Send a request and you’ll see where it lands and who finds out.
How I connect it
All you need is to name your phone system and give me access — I take it from there.
I check whether it can share call data with other services. If it can’t, I tell you right away, before any work starts.
Which fields you need, who gets missed calls, when to remind you to call back. Nothing extra.
Calls flow into the database alongside your usual call log until you see that nothing gets lost.
I switch it on and show you where everything is and how to change who gets notifications. I stay in touch.
Questions
Your VoIP system sends data about every call, and automation writes it into your CRM or Google Sheet: number, time, whether someone answered. You get a Telegram message about missed calls and when it’s time to call back.
Any VoIP system that can share call data with other services can be connected to a CRM. I check whether yours can on our first call, and if it can’t, I tell you before any work starts.
For working through a call list, a sheet of numbers works well, with the outcome of each call next to it: no answer, call back, interested. The reminder for the next call comes automatically, so you won’t miss anyone.
You don’t have to install a new CRM: I connect calls to the one you already use. If you don’t have a CRM, everything can go into a Google Sheet.
The number your clients know stays the same: I connect to your phone system, I don’t replace it. I only check that it can share call data.
It’s enough to know which phone system you use and where calls should go — a CRM or a spreadsheet. I’ll ask about the rest myself.
I quote the price personally after our first conversation — and it won’t go up after that.
