Travel agency and hotel CRM
Your travel agency or hotel CRM — without new software. Tour requests and bookings land in your CRM or sheet, and reminders about the balance, departure or check-in go out on their own.
Just write — I’ll take it from there. I’ll estimate your task at no cost.
Who it’s for
In travel, a request rarely arrives complete. A tourist messages you on Instagram, “something by the sea in May,” follows up on Viber, and needs a balance reminder a whole month later. A hotel gets “any rooms this weekend?” at 2 a.m. Whatever isn’t logged right away gets lost in the chats.
You don’t have to install new software. If you have a CRM, the automation connects to it. If not, I’ll pick a tool for the job: for a small travel agency, guesthouse or hostel, Google Sheets is often enough.
It fits when you work alone or with a few managers, and your time goes to retyping requests and sending reminders instead of picking tours and looking after guests.

Travel agency or hotel
The routine is similar, the requests aren’t. Travel agents and tour operators care about the tour and the balance, hotels about check-in dates.

Industry specifics
Five things in travel to plan for at the diagram stage.
Departure, check-in, check-out, balance due date. All reminders are calculated from them, so in the sheet or CRM they are separate fields, not a note in a comment.
A tourist dictates “two adults, a child of seven, Egypt, end of May” — the AI sorts it into the request fields. All that’s left for you is to pick an option.
A deposit at booking, the rest closer to departure. The balance due date is its own field: the client gets a reminder, and you get a message if the payment isn’t marked in time.
A guest asks about an available room at night — by morning the request is already in the sheet with dates and source, and you’re the first to reply.
The automation doesn’t decide on a hotel swap, a date change or a refund on its own — it stops and hands the case to you. We define these points together.
What gets automated
Requests from your website, Instagram, Viber and Telegram land in your CRM or Google Sheets: destination, dates, number of people and where the client came from. You get a message on Telegram.
Tourists get reminded about the balance before it’s due and about departure; guests, before check-in. You don’t write them or keep them in your head.
A tour contract or booking confirmation fills in from the request data: names, dates, room. Nothing to retype by hand.
The same client isn’t added twice, and all their past requests are in one history row. Next season it’s easy to see who to message.
Live demo
This is working code, not a picture. Send a request and you’ll see where it lands and who finds out.
How I launch
We start with one request: how it goes today from the first message to departure or check-in.
You show me how a tourist or guest gets to a booking: where they write, what you log, who you remind and when. I see what repeats.
I draw where the request lands, which dates trigger reminders and who gets notified about what. You see every step before launch.
For a while the automation runs alongside you on live requests this season — until its results match yours.
Everything runs on your accounts, and you keep the access. If the contract template or a reminder’s timing changes, we edit it in one place.
Questions
It’s automation around your CRM or Google Sheets: tour requests and bookings land there on their own, you get a message on Telegram, and clients get reminders about the balance, departure or check-in. You don’t have to install new software.
You don’t have to replace your booking software: the automation connects to what the hotel already uses, and requests from the website and messengers land there. I’ll tell you after our first conversation whether I can connect to your specific system.
For a small hostel or guesthouse, Google Sheets is often enough: all requests with dates, a Telegram message to the front desk and a reminder to the guest. You don’t have to buy a separate CRM for that.
Tourists — about the balance by a set date, documents and departure time; hotel guests — about check-in. Reminders go to a messenger or email, and you see their text and timing on the diagram before launch.
You’ll be the first to know about a failure — it arrives as a message, and the log shows what ran and when. I fix the errors, and after launch I respond to critical ones within 2 hours, even on weekends.
I’ll name the exact price of this kind of automation after our first conversation — and it won’t go up after that; it depends on the number of lead sources, reminders and document templates.
A list of places your requests come from, a sample tour contract or booking confirmation, and a list of what you currently remind clients about by hand. I’ll ask about the rest myself.
