Gordey Fisun — developer

Clients book and buy on their own.

For clinics and dental practices, salons and independent pros, Instagram and Telegram brands, schools and local services: a website, online booking, a Telegram bot, an AI assistant, automation. I do it myself — from the first message to launch.

Just write — I'll take it from there. I'll scope your task for free, the decision is always yours. Sites from $400.

Clients from Ukraine, Switzerland, the USA, Germany, Poland and other countries. The code and the access are yours from day one.

what you get

The Clients Come to You Kit.

Not “a website” or “a bot”, but a working system where clients book, write and pay on their own — and you see every lead in your Telegram. One person is responsible for all of it: from the first message to launch and beyond. For businesses in Ukraine and for Ukrainian-owned businesses in Poland, Germany and Switzerland.

What is included

The right tool for the job

A website, online booking, a Telegram bot, a shop, a Telegram app, an AI assistant or automation — what your business actually needs, not everything at once.

A demo in your brand — before any commitments

I take one of the five live demos, put in your logo and your services — and you look at “yours” before deciding anything.

An AI assistant included

Every website or bot comes with an assistant trained on your materials: it answers clients in your words and calls you when it doesn't know. The same one runs on this site.

Leads in your Telegram from launch day

Lead → spreadsheet → a message to you. Nothing is retyped by hand, and you can see where each lead came from.

A second language included

If your clients write in more than one language, the site launches in two, each with its own address for search engines.

Your team on board

An hour of training for you or your front desk, plus video and text guides. Your team starts using it on day one, not “someday”.

Project passport

One document: access details, how everything is built and how to update it. Any developer can read it — and so can you.

The keys are yours from day one

The code, access, domain and data live on your accounts. You are not tied to me.

The next step with no rebuild

Start with a website — add booking, a bot, AI or automation later without starting over.

What I need from you

One message in your own words. Then I ask questions, break the task into steps and show what it could look like.

Not needed: a written spec, a designer, hosting or a domain, chasing deadlines, understanding the tech.

services

See how it works.

Every card is working code, not a mock-up: this is exactly what you get. Click, drag, type — everything works.

approach

What happens after you write to me.

01

We map out the task

We break down your business, goals and current problems. I ask the right questions to avoid misunderstandings — in your own words, no prep.

02

I propose a plan

I show the best solution for your goals — factoring in budget, time and future growth. Once approved, we start.

03

I build and show as I go

I split the work into stages, show intermediate results and gather your feedback. You always see where the project stands.

04

I check every step

I test by hand and automatically: security, speed, usability. Only what truly works reaches launch.

05

I hand over and train

I hand over the project, walk you through it, leave video and text guides and train your team. Code and access are yours from day one.

06

I stay for support

I don't disappear after payment. I help with improvements, updates and advice — so the system grows with you.

why me

What you get besides the code.

01

Solutions, not just code

I don't just write programs — I solve business problems: cut costs, speed things up, open new sales channels.

02

More than freelance

I'm a technical partner. I think about your project the way you do and propose solutions you didn't ask for but need.

03

International experience

I've worked with teams from Switzerland, the USA, Germany, Poland and other countries. I know the quality standards and security requirements of different markets.

Switzerland · USAGermany · Poland · Ukraine

04

Accountable for the result

I'm accountable for the system working. If something goes wrong, I fix it — no matter whose mistake it was.

Agency, site builder or one person.

AgencySite builderOne person

Who owns itthe agency holds the access, often on its own platformthe site lives while you pay; the data stays on the platformcode, access, domain and data — yours from day one
After launchsupport under a separate contracta support chatI stay around; critical issues within 2 hours
What you need to dobriefs, meetings, sign-offstime to figure it out yourselfone message

Who this is not for.

If you need the simplest template by tomorrow, a site builder will do it on its own — and that's a fair choice.

If renting a site from a platform month to month suits you and owning it doesn't matter — that's an honest option, just a different one.

If you want someone who makes changes without a word — that's not me: I say so when I see a simpler path, and I push back when a decision hurts the result.

If the task is below my entry threshold, I'll say so in my first reply and, if I can, point you to someone who fits.

values

What I never compromise on.

Security

The code I write is checked for vulnerabilities. Your data stays protected.

Predictability

You always know when and what you'll get. No disappearing acts, no surprises.

Simplicity

I build solutions that are easy to maintain — for you or your team.

A human approach

I talk to you without tech snobbery — in plain, clear words.

guarantees

Seven things I answer for.

Each one is an “if … then …” so you know exactly what happens.

01

Stop at any stage

If at any stage you are unhappy with the result, we stop and you don't pay for the time spent. The one exception: materials agreed in advance.

02

The price doesn't grow along the way

If the task hasn't changed, the price named at the start doesn't grow along the way. If the task changes, we talk first, then I build.

03

The first 30 days after launch

If a bug shows up in the first 30 days after launch, I fix it myself — that's part of the job.

04

Critical issues — within 2 hours

If a critical failure happens after launch, I respond within 2 hours, even on weekends.

2h responseeven on weekends

05

Clean code

If a violation turns up in the code, I fix it myself — that's on me, not on you. The code is clean enough for any developer to pick up.

06

The keys are yours

If you ever want another developer, the code, access, domain and data are already yours — from day one.

07

I don't disappear

If you need changes, updates or advice after launch, I'm around. I don't vanish after payment.

about me

Gordey Fisun

An engineer who builds reliable systems so you can sleep soundly. I've been building software since 2014 — from freelancer to technical partner for businesses across countries.

My philosophy is simple: code should serve the business, not the other way around. So I start every project not with the tech, but with your goals, processes and pain. I build solutions you won't have to rewrite in a year and that hold up under load.

My clients are owners of clinics, salons, social-media shops, schools and services in Ukraine and abroad who want their clients to book and buy on their own. I work remotely. In Ukrainian, English and Russian.

reviews

What clients say.

«Half our receptionist’s day went to phone calls: booking, rescheduling, reminding. Gordey put booking right on the site — a client sees the open slots and picks a time. In the first month 70% of bookings came through without a single call. And people show up more often: they chose the hour themselves.»

Oleh Kravchenko

Boroda barbershop · Kyiv

«Our receptionist used to retype every website request into a spreadsheet by hand, and every tenth patient was lost along the way. Gordey automated it: the request lands in the table by itself and a notification reaches me. Not one has been lost since. Reminders go out without us — fewer empty chairs.»

Yuliia Tkach

Dental clinic · Kharkiv

«Half our students forgot their classes and groups fell apart. Gordey built booking on the site and a bot that reminds them a day and an hour before. No-shows halved, and I no longer message everyone by hand. Best of all, students reschedule themselves and the timetable stays alive.»

Artem Dubyna

Rytm dance school · Vinnytsia

«Requests landed in four places at once: phone, email, messenger and social media — every week something slipped away. Gordey built a bot that takes a request in Telegram, asks a few short questions and sends it straight to me. Nothing is lost now, and half of them arrive at night.»

Ihor Melnyk

AvtoPlus car service · Lviv

«We were losing buyers in the evenings: people asked about sizes and delivery, and we answered the next morning. Gordey set up an AI assistant that replies at once, taking answers from our own product descriptions instead of inventing them. Anything tricky goes to a human. Evening orders are up 30%

Lesia Shulha

Malecha children’s store · Dnipro

«We used to sell inside chats: a customer asks for photos, we send them, then we add it up together. Gordey built a shop right inside Telegram — a Mini App with nothing to install: bouquets on show, a cart that fills up, payment in one tap. More orders, less messaging.»

Sofiia Romaniuk

Flora flower shop · Odesa

«The previous contractor quoted a figure that ate our entire quarterly budget. Gordey broke the task into parts and showed us that half of it could be built from ready-made pieces. We came in 35% cheaper and a month sooner. Not once did a cost appear that we hadn’t been told about in advance.»

Andrii Kovalenko

Kyiv · logistics

«We were heading into an investment round, and I feared one thing — that the developer would vanish in the hottest week. At three in the morning our bank data exchange went down: Gordey answered and had it fixed by dawn. Then he explained why it happened and what to change. With him I stopped checking my phone at night.»

Olena Shevchenko

Lviv · fintech

«I’m a director with no background in programming — I was afraid of being buried in words I don’t know. Gordey took a sheet of paper and drew the path of an order: from cart to courier. Even my commercial director followed it. Now I edit product cards myself instead of pulling in a developer over every little thing.»

Serhii Boiko

Odesa · furniture retail

«We ordered a landing page with animations. Our biggest fear was getting a black box nobody could pick up later. Gordey handed over every file, recorded a video on changing the text ourselves, and walked our managers through it live. A year on we still edit the page ourselves — and haven’t gone back to him once over something small.»

Maryna Honchar

Dnipro · marketing

«We brought Gordey in for a shipment tracking module. Time zones and language worried us, but he showed up for our morning calls and wrote in English so clear that no questions were left. He proposed a different approach right away, and running the servers came out 40% cheaper than we had budgeted. We still work together.»

John Miller

New York, USA · logistics

«Our clients are banks, so we were exacting about the security review. Gordey found 12 ways someone could reach our data and closed them without the service stopping for a minute. What matters more: he didn’t patch the holes, he removed the reason they kept appearing. Client audits are calm for us now.»

Hans Wagner

Berlin, Germany · cybersecurity

«A task our own department priced at 3 months, Gordey closed in 1.5. No magic: he split the work into stages and we signed off on pieces instead of waiting for the end. Every day, a short note: what’s done, what’s next. When deadlines are burning, that is what saves you — you always know where you stand.»

Krzysztof Nowak

Warsaw, Poland · e-commerce

«We were building a large store. Gordey asked about the business before the technology: he left room for growth from day one, so we would not be rewriting it a year later. Pages used to take 800 milliseconds to open — now 120, and purchases are up 18%

Bohdan Tkachenko

Head of MarketHub platform · Kyiv

«We’re a financial institution, and it is our own clients who put us through security reviews. Gordey got us ready: he walked through every data exchange step by step, brought it up to banking requirements and left the team a short list of rules. We passed the last review without a single finding — for the first time in three years.»

Iryna Lysenko

Head of Security, Capital Trust financial group · Kyiv

«When we launched we needed a partner who understood speed, not just a contractor. In 3 weeks Gordey put together our first working version — not a mock-up, but something our first customers were already using. It held up without failures, and that is what we showed investors. For a young team that is half the battle.»

Dmytro Petrenko

Co-founder, AutoDoc startup · Dnipro

«We had an old project written 10 years ago that nobody wanted to touch. Gordey updated it piece by piece and the business never stopped for a day. He left behind clear, documented code that our junior team now maintains on its own. A product we had all but buried is earning again.»

Oksana Bondar

Head of Product, SoftLine · Kharkiv

«Our supplier let us down two weeks before launch. Gordey stepped in when everyone else just shrugged, and delivered in 3 weeks what we had budgeted 2 months for. Our testers didn’t find a single serious bug. We launched on the exact day — our customers never knew anything had gone wrong.»

Pavlo Zhukov

Operations Director, TransExpress logistics · Odesa

«We needed to bring together customer records, payments, delivery and analytics — five separate services that couldn’t see each other. Gordey didn’t just connect them: he built a single point where a new service plugs in within hours. We have added two more since, and never had to call a developer.»

Viktoriia Savchenko

Operations Director, LeadGen marketing agency · Kyiv

«We brought Gordey in not to write code but to teach our junior team. He ran 10 sessions: how to keep code tidy, how not to lose each other’s work, how to check changes before a client ever sees them. Bugs in releases dropped threefold, and people stopped being afraid to touch someone else’s work.»

Roman Lytvynenko

Team Lead, Smart Solutions IT department · Zaporizhzhia

«Our site went down right before Black Friday — the worst possible day. Gordey stepped in and found the cause in 4 hours: the store was choking on database queries. He rewrote the heaviest parts on the spot. We didn’t lose a single order on the day we had worked toward all year.»

Anna Doroshenko

Director of TechZone online store · Kharkiv

«We were moving from an old system to a new one and feared stopping shipments even for a day. Gordey planned the move so the system changed in pieces while work carried on. He documented and tested each piece separately. Six months on, we have a system that handles peak days without us stepping in.»

Taras Lozovyi

CTO, TransGlobal logistics group · Odesa

«We had an idea but nobody to translate it into technical terms. Gordey helped us choose where to start and built a first version in 2 weeks. It ran reliably — and that convinced investors more than any pitch deck. We got our funding and still run on the same foundation.»

Yevhen Moroz

Co-founder, HealthMonitor startup · Lviv

«We were moving the business off an old platform, and our biggest fear was losing customer data. Gordey checked everything we had accumulated first, and only then moved it. 500 thousand records made the trip without a single loss, in 5 days instead of the month we expected. Checkout and stock now respond three times faster.»

Mariia Petrova

Head of Operations, FamilyMart retail chain · Dnipro

«We ordered a food delivery app that had to work on iPhones and Android alike. Gordey built both versions from one base, so they update together and never drift apart. In the first two weeks: 2000 downloads and a 4.8 rating. Orders now come in on their own, with no calls to operators.»

Oleksii Hrytsenko

Founder, FreshEats delivery · Kyiv

«Our home page took 6 seconds to load — people left before it appeared. Gordey worked out exactly what was slowing it down, compressed the images and removed needless database calls. Now it is 1,2 seconds. The site climbed 15 positions in search and brings in 12% more enquiries — all without any advertising.»

Ivan Horobets

Search marketing, WebMaster agency · Vinnytsia

«We work with hundreds of suppliers, and every order used to be typed into spreadsheets by hand. Gordey connected our old accounting system to a simple window in the browser: orders, payments and reports now assemble themselves. That freed up 20 hours a week. Training took one day — after that everyone managed on their own.»

Nataliia Kryvoruchko

Finance Director, PromGroup manufacturing · Chernivtsi

«Before a big launch we asked Gordey to look at the project with fresh eyes. He found 17 places that could have blown up under load, and explained each one so clearly that our own team fixed them. The launch went off without a hitch. This is the case where the best work is the work nobody noticed.»

Denys Romanenko

Project Manager, DevCore · Sumy

«We needed a complex application for a healthcare service where patient data is protected by law. Gordey built it so that each person sees exactly what they are allowed to see and nothing more. The most valuable part: he turned our vague wishes into a clear plan. He delivered ahead of schedule, and the system has run for 8 months without a single failure.»

Dr. Sarah Thompson

CTO, MediTrack health startup · Boston, USA

«Our platform had to connect to dozens of banks across Europe — each with its own rules, formats and requirements. Gordey built one shared layer, and now we add a new bank in days rather than months. Running costs fell by 30%. The complexity stayed with him; what we got was a simple button.»

James Whitfield

Head of Engineering, LendWise fintech · London, UK

«At peak hours the store barely breathed — exactly when people are ready to buy. Gordey rebuilt what was underneath so heavy pages are prepared in advance. Load time dropped from 4,5 seconds to 0,8. Sales rose 22% in the first month. It turned out we were losing buyers on waiting alone.»

David Chen

Founder, ShopNorth online store · Toronto, Canada

«We needed one app that works equally well on iPhone and Android. That is exactly what Gordey delivered: smooth animations, nothing lagging, no visible difference between the platforms. In the first three weeks: 15 thousand downloads and a 4,9 rating. Students stopped writing to us about freezes — and that is the best review there is.»

Emma Williams

CEO, LearnSmart education startup · Sydney, Australia

«Our cloud setup was a mess: high spend, no visibility, and only the previous contractor knew what was inside. Gordey put it in order and made everything build from a description instead of by hand. Running the cloud got 45% cheaper, and now we see every failure before our customers do.»

Mark van der Meer

CTO, ShipEase logistics platform · Amsterdam, Netherlands

«We sell data protection, so we have to be flawless ourselves. Gordey tested our product the way an attacker would and showed us 14 ways to reach someone else’s data. More valuable than the list, though, was the playbook he left our developers: they now spot such mistakes themselves, before they write them.»

Erik Lindström

Head of Security, DataShield · Stockholm, Sweden

«We wanted the store itself to suggest what would genuinely suit a customer. Gordey built that and taught our team to run it — it will not stop working without him. Those recommendations now bring in 18% of our turnover. Smart suggestions, it turns out, sell better than any mailing.»

Isabelle Dubois

CEO, Maison Élégance luxury retail · Paris, France

«We had a product idea and no technical co-founder. Gordey built the first version in 5 weeks and showed us how to explain the technical side to investors in plain language. It looked so finished that three large clients signed up before the official launch.»

Noam Cohen

Co-founder, SecureGate cybersecurity startup · Tel Aviv, Israel

«A private bank cannot afford “almost works”. Gordey built our team a single dashboard where the market and client portfolios are visible live, with no delay and no extra clicks. He passed every one of our internal reviews calmly — and ours are the longest part of anything we commission. Not one finding in a year.»

Thomas Müller

Head of IT, Helvetic Trust private bank · Zurich, Switzerland

«We take readings from thousands of sensors across our network, and half that data used to go nowhere. Gordey built a system that takes the whole stream without choking. Now we can see equipment about to fail 3 days in advance — and repair it calmly instead of in the middle of the night.»

questions

Common questions.

Write it as it is, in your own words. I will ask questions, break the task into steps and show what it could look like — before any commitments. No obligation.

No. We speak the language of your business: what should happen with a customer, a request or an order. Technical decisions are my part of the job, and I explain them in plain words.

You do. The code, access, domain and data are yours from day one. You are not tied to me: any developer can carry the work on.

I show the work stage by stage and collect your feedback at every step, so there are no surprises at the end. If you are unhappy at any stage, we stop — and you don't pay for the time spent.

Yes, and that is the most common path: a website or a bot first, then online booking, an AI assistant, automation. I build so that the next step never means starting over.

Yes. All communication happens in messengers and on calls, so location does not matter. My clients include companies from Ukraine, Switzerland, the USA, Germany and Poland.

I do not disappear after payment: I help with improvements, updates and advice. I leave video and text guides so you or your team can work on your own.

Because I work alone and run a few projects at a time: each one gets my full attention, not a tenth of it. The threshold is an honest line below which I can't stand behind the result the way my guarantees promise. There is no upper limit — the task can be any size.

I will. The conversation, structure, design, code, launch and support — one person. You write to me and hear back from me, not from a manager.

Right here: five live demos under Services, the Éclat Canapé website — upholstery cleaning in Lausanne and Geneva, the before/after page of the Homeuyut workshop, and two products of my own — PULSAR on Telegram and OMNI in the browser. Everything opens and works.

Write to me — I take it from there.

In your own words, even if the idea isn't fully formed yet. I'll reply personally, ask a few questions and show what it could look like — the decision is always yours. I work alone and run a few projects at a time, so I start with a short conversation: to understand the task and tell you honestly when I can take it on.

Still hesitating? Try the live demos — they’re real and they work right here.
