Automation for furniture and construction businesses
In construction and made-to-order manufacturing, the lead is just the start. Then come measurement, estimate, contract, production, delivery or installation — and at every step something gets lost: dimensions in a notebook, the estimate in email, the installation date in a manager’s head.
You don’t have to install new software. The automation connects what you already have: the form on your site, messengers, your CRM or spreadsheet, the measurement calendar and Telegram. Every order is visible along with its stage.
It fits small companies where the owner and a few managers run the orders: a furniture or sewing shop, a window or installation company, a print shop, a renovation crew, a design firm.
CRM for manufacturing and construction: how an order flows
The stages differ, but the pain is the same: the order takes long and involves many people.
Made-to-order manufacturing
Furniture: measuring a kitchen or wardrobe, estimate, sketch approval, production, delivery and assembly
Windows and doors: measuring openings, contract, installation date and a reminder to the client
Printing: files from the client, approval, print run, pickup
Garment production: orders with sizes and quantities, sewing stages, shipping
Construction and renovation
Apartment renovation: lead, measurement, estimate, contract, work stages
Installation company: crew visits in the calendar, a reminder to the client the day before
Construction company: sites and stages in one spreadsheet, a completion certificate after every stage
Design firm: lead, contract from a template, project approval stages
specifics
Construction CRM: what the automation handles
What the shop or job site usually tracks in a notebook now gets recorded automatically.
01
A lead with the right fields
Type of work, address, dimensions or quantity, and a convenient measurement date. AI sorts a client’s voice message into the same fields — the manager retypes nothing.
02
Measurement visits in the calendar
The measurement date goes into the calendar, the measurer gets a message with the address and phone number, and the client gets a reminder the day before so they’re home.
03
Estimate and contract from a template
Documents fill in from the lead and measurement data: name, address, dimensions, scope of work. Your template, your rates — no retyping by hand.
04
Order stages in a spreadsheet
Measurement, estimate, contract, production, delivery, installation. When a stage changes, everyone sees it — not just whoever picked up the phone.
05
Client reminders
About paying for a stage, the delivery or installation date, signing the completion certificate. They go out automatically by messenger or email — the manager doesn’t have to remember them.
06
Decisions stay with you
Where a person has to decide — approving an estimate or changing an installation date — the automation stops and hands it to you. We define these points together.
what you get
Construction business automation: what runs by itself
Every order is one row
Client, address, dimensions, estimate total, stage and next date — in one place. The manager sees everything without asking the measurer again.

New lead — straight to your Telegram
From your site, DMs or a call: a message with the source and type of work. If a client writes a second time, no duplicate record is created.
Monday report
How many measurements, contracts and installations this week — as a ready table in Telegram. You don’t have to compile it.
You see failures right away
If a document wasn’t created or an email didn’t go out, the automation retries and tells you before the client does.

This is working code, not a picture. Send a request and you’ll see where it lands and who finds out.
You decide whether to move forwardAfter each stage, you can stop the project. You pay only for completed and accepted stages. I refund any prepayment for stages not yet started.
The price is final. Overruns are on meIf the task hasn’t changed, the amount named at the start doesn’t grow. If it has, we talk first, then I do the work.
What CRM does a construction company or manufacturer need?
The one you already use: the automation connects to it, and leads land there by themselves. If you have no CRM, leads can be collected in Google Sheets — you don’t have to set up new services.
Will my managers have to switch to new software?
No — if you already have a CRM or spreadsheet, the automation works with it. Managers run orders in the same place as before; only leads, stages and reminders fill in by themselves.
Can estimates and contracts be made from a template?
Yes. The estimate, contract or completion certificate is filled in from your template using the lead and measurement data. The rates stay yours — the automation just inserts the data, no retyping.
Does this work for a furniture shop, a window company or a print shop?
Yes, the order path there is similar: lead, measurement or approval, estimate, production, pickup or installation. The stages and document templates differ — I set them up for your shop.
Will the measurer and the crew get notifications too?
Yes, if they’re on Telegram. The measurer gets the address and time, the crew gets the installation date, and the client gets a reminder the day before.
What affects the price of automation for manufacturing?
The number of steps, services and document templates in your order path. I’ll name the exact price after our first conversation — and it won’t go up.
What should I prepare for the first conversation about automating my construction business or workshop?
Tell me in your own words — even by voice message — how an order goes from the first call to handover, and show me your estimate and contract templates if you have them. That’s enough for me to draw the map.
