What to prepare
- Where requests come from: website, Instagram, phone, messengers
- Where you keep the schedule and groups: a notebook, a sheet or a CRM
- Which packages you sell and how you count lessons

CRM for schools and courses
CRM for schools and training centers, no new software: trial requests, reminders to students and parents, packages and payments go into your CRM or sheet, and to you on Telegram.
Just write — I’ll take it from there. I’ll estimate your task at no cost.
Who it’s for
In education, a client isn’t a one-off purchase. It’s months of lessons. A student comes for a trial lesson, buys a package, joins a group, misses lessons, reschedules, renews or quietly disappears. When all of this lives in your head and your chats, you lose exactly the people who already paid and could have renewed.
You don’t have to buy new software. If you have a CRM, I connect the automation to it. If not, I bring students, groups and payments together in Google Sheets, which you can open on your phone too. I pick the tool for the task, and alerts come to you on Telegram.
A tutor needs booking and reminders. A language or online school needs groups, levels and class packages. A kids’ center, kindergarten or sports school needs contact with parents and payments. A driving school needs theory, driving lessons and the instructors’ schedule.

Before we talk
You don’t need to write anything in advance. Just tell me how things work now.

What’s special about education
Education has its own rules: the person who pays often isn’t the one studying, and lessons go on for months.
The child goes to lessons, but mom or dad pays and decides. The student card holds both contacts: lesson reminders go to the student, payment reminders to the parents.
The student shows up, it’s marked in the sheet, and the package drops by one lesson. When two are left, the parents get a reminder to renew.
Someone signs up for a trial, and the day before they get a reminder with the address or link. They came but didn’t buy? A few days later you get a task: call them.
They ask about the schedule after work, when you’re already home. The bot or AI assistant replies on its own and books a trial, and you get a short message.
The report shows how many spots are open in each group and at each level, so you know right away which group to fill.
The contract with parents is filled in automatically from the request: who pays, who studies, which course. You just check it and send it.
What you get
Who signed up, which group they’re in, how many lessons are left in the package and when payment is due. Google Sheets or your CRM fills in on its own, so you don’t copy anything from messengers.
From a form, a DM or the bot: name, the child’s age or level, a convenient time. Each request is tagged with its source and already in the sheet, and the same student isn’t added twice.
To the student the day before a lesson, to the parents about package payment. By messenger or email, at the right time, without you having to do anything.
How many students are in each group, who missed lessons, whose package is running out, who came to a trial and didn’t sign up. The report is waiting for you on Telegram.
Live demo
This is working code, not a picture. Send a request and you’ll see where it lands and who finds out.
How it works
Tell me how your school week goes. I’ll handle the flow, setup and launch.
How requests come in, where the schedule is, how you mark attendance and remind people about payment. A voice message works too.
From a trial request to a package renewal: what goes where, and who gets a message when.
The flow runs alongside your usual class register until the numbers match.
I switch it on, hand over access and show you how to add a new group or change a reminder rule.
Questions
A school or training center doesn’t have to buy a new CRM. If you already have one, I connect requests, reminders and reports to it. If not, students, groups and packages go into Google Sheets, and alerts come to you on Telegram.
Yes. A tutor usually needs a student sheet, lesson and payment reminders, and Telegram alerts about new requests. No separate CRM system needed.
Yes. For a language or online school, the automation works with your CRM or Google Sheets: trial lesson requests, groups by level, class packages and reminders with a link to the lesson.
After each lesson the student attends, the package counter goes down on its own. When a few lessons are left, the student or parents get a reminder to renew, and you see it in the sheet.
Yes. For a kids’ center or kindergarten, what matters most is contact with parents and payments. For a driving school, it’s booking theory and driving lessons, plus the instructors’ schedule. I set up the automation around your timetable.
I’ll give you the exact price of automation for a training center or school after our first conversation, and it won’t go up after that.
