Business automation means repetitive work gets done without you: a lead lands in a sheet by itself, clients get reminders, the weekly report is already done. Here are examples and where to start.

Business process automation, explained
A business process is the path of one task: where a lead came from, where to record it, who to tell, what to remind the client of and when. If that path is the same every time, you can hand it to automation, and it will follow the same rule you do — just without you.
A real-life example: one client sends you an Instagram DM, another uses the form on your website, a third calls. Without automation, you copy it all into a notebook and worry about losing someone. With it, every lead lands in a Google Sheet or your CRM by itself, tagged with where it came from, and you get a message on Telegram.
You don’t have to set up new services. I connect automation to what you already use: forms, messengers, Google Sheets, your CRM, calendar, email. If you already have a CRM, there’s no need to switch: leads will land there.
You always see what’s going on. Before launch — on a diagram that shows every step. After — in a log: what ran and when. And if a step fails, the system tells you itself.
You decide whether to move forwardAfter each stage, you can stop the project. You pay only for completed and accepted stages. I refund any prepayment for stages not yet started.
The price is final. Overruns are on meIf the task hasn’t changed, the amount named at the start doesn’t grow. If it has, we talk first, then I do the work.
What is business automation, and what are some examples?
Automating a business means handing a system the steps that follow the same rule every time. Examples: leads from your website, Instagram and calls land in one sheet, clients get reminders on their own, contracts fill in from the lead’s data, and the weekly report arrives on Telegram.
What is a business process, in simple terms?
A business process is the path of one task in your company from start to finish: for example, from a client’s inquiry to a booking, a reminder and payment. When that path is the same every time, it can be automated.
Where should a small business start with automation?
In a small business, start automation with what repeats every day and costs you clients. Most often that’s collecting leads from different places into one, then reminders, documents from a template and a report.
Do I need a new CRM for automation?
You don’t need a new CRM for automation: it connects to the one you already use, and leads land there on their own. Google Sheets work too.
Will automation make decisions for me?
Automation doesn’t make decisions that should stay with the owner: at those points it stops and hands the task to you. We list those spots together before launch.
What should I prepare before we talk about automation?
Before we talk about automation, just tell me what you do by hand every day and every week, and which services you already use: messengers, sheets, a CRM, a calendar, email. I’ll ask the rest myself.
How much does process automation cost?
I’ll give you the exact price of process automation after our first call, and it won’t go up from there.
