Your CRM, set up for your process
I handle CRM implementation and setup for the system you already have: stages that match your process, leads from forms, email and messengers arrive on their own, and if something breaks, you’re the first to know.
Just write — I’ll take it from there. I’ll estimate your task at no cost.
Who it’s for
A common picture: you have a CRM, but leads still live in DMs, email and a notebook. Nobody has time to enter clients into it by hand, so it’s half empty and some clients get lost.
I take the CRM you already use, set it up around your stages and connect automation to it: leads arrive on their own, you get Telegram notifications, clients get reminders, and documents are filled in from templates.
If you don’t have a CRM yet, you don’t have to install one: I pick the tool for the task, and leads can just as well go into a Google Sheet.

Specifics
A few rules I stick to in every project.
I work with the system that already holds your clients and deal history. Nothing gets migrated, and nobody has to learn a new program.
Access, keys and settings are yours from day one. I show you how to read the flow chart and change the rules without me.
Where a human decision is needed, the automation doesn’t guess: it stops and asks you. We mark these points together on the flow chart.
AI turns a client’s email or voice message into fields in their CRM record — name, contact, what they need — with no manual retyping.
A contract, delivery note or certificate of completion is filled in from a template using data already in the CRM. No more retyping fields by hand.
What’s included
I look at how leads reach your CRM now: where they’re entered by hand, where they get duplicated and where they get lost. I keep what works and fix the rest.
The CRM pipeline follows the client’s real path, from the first message to payment. I remove extra stages so it’s simple to work in.
Forms, messengers, email and Google Sheets connect to the CRM: each lead is created by itself, and the same client doesn’t show up twice.
If a lead doesn’t reach the CRM, you get a message, and the log shows at which step it failed.
Live demo
This is working code, not a picture. Send a request and you’ll see where it lands and who finds out.
How it works
All I need from you: access to the CRM and a description of how you handle clients now.
I look at the settings and the path your leads take. I tell you what’s worth connecting and what’s easier to remove.
I show on a chart where each client comes from, which stage they land on and who gets notified. You approve it before I change anything.
The new setup runs alongside your usual way of handling clients until the results match.
I hand over the project documentation, show you the log and, in a one-hour session, teach you how to change stages and rules yourself.
Questions
My CRM implementation covers an audit of what already works, deal stages that match your process, and connecting the CRM to forms, messengers, email and spreadsheets. Before launch, everything is tested on live leads alongside your usual work.
The one you already use: the automation connects to it, and your clients and deal history stay where they are. If you don’t have a CRM yet, you don’t have to install one — I pick the tool for the task.
Yes, that audit is the first step: I look at where leads are entered by hand and where they get duplicated or lost. What works stays as it is.
You still manage your clients, but automation takes over the routine: leads are created by themselves, reminders go out by themselves, and documents are filled in from templates.
You’re the first to know: you get a message, and the log shows at which step it failed. I fix any errors after launch.
It depends on how many lead sources and steps need to be connected to the CRM. I’ll give you the exact amount after our first call, and it won’t go up after that.
Just name the CRM you use and tell me where your clients come from and what you do by hand now. Your own words are fine, even a voice message.
