ChatGPT and menu bots
- ChatGPT knows general things, not your terms
- Can confidently make up an answer
- A menu bot only follows pre-set buttons
- A question off the menu is a dead end for the client

What is an AI assistant
An AI assistant is a chatbot that answers your clients day and night, but only using what you’ve given it: your terms, service descriptions, past chats.
Just write — I’ll take it from there. I’ll estimate your task at no cost.
I’m Gordey’s AI assistant — real, not a recording. I reply in a few seconds.
Short answer
AI assistant and AI helper are two names for the same thing: an AI-powered chatbot that messages with your clients. People write the way they’d write to you, and it understands the question and replies in plain words — no buttons, no menus.
An example. At 2 a.m. a coffee shop customer asks: “Do you deliver across Ukraine?” The assistant finds the answer in your delivery terms file, replies in seconds and shows where it got it. Meanwhile, you’re asleep.
The main difference from ChatGPT: ChatGPT knows “everything about everything” and can confidently make things up. Your assistant knows only your business. It won’t quote prices or timelines that aren’t in your materials — it passes the question to you along with the chat.
Who needs it: anyone who gets the same messages every day — where are you, how do I pay, do you deliver. The assistant takes those questions, and only the ones that truly need a human reach you.

Difference
All three answer in a chat, but they work in completely different ways.

Glossary
Lots of names, simple idea. Here’s what each word means.
Any program that chats with a person. It can be simple, with buttons and canned phrases, or it can have artificial intelligence inside.
One and the same: an AI-powered chatbot that understands everyday language. AI is short for artificial intelligence.
An assistant that’s allowed not just to answer but to act: for example, to add a request to a spreadsheet on its own. That’s closer to automation.
The files the assistant takes its answers from. Add a new rule, and it answers the new way right away. The materials are yours from day one.
How it works
I take what you already have: terms, service descriptions, past chats, website pages, voice notes. The assistant looks for answers only there and speaks in your words.
A client asks, and the assistant finds the right spot in your materials and turns it into a short, clear answer.
Under each answer is the name of the document it came from. The client sees it’s not made up, and you can check any sentence.
It doesn’t fill in what isn’t in your materials. The conversation comes to you on Telegram in full, with the client’s name and contact.
Path
You don’t need to write anything from scratch — I work with what you already have.
What clients ask most often, and which of those answers you’re happy to hand over to the assistant.
You send terms, descriptions, past chats, even voice notes. I tell you what’s missing and what can be added later.
You message the assistant as a client and catch mistakes before launch, not with real clients.
The assistant answers on your website, on Telegram or in your admin panel, and hard conversations come to you.
Questions
An AI assistant for business is an AI-powered chatbot that answers clients on a website or on Telegram using only the owner’s materials. It doesn’t make up what isn’t there — it hands the conversation to a person.
AI stands for artificial intelligence, so “AI assistant” and “AI helper” mean the same thing.
ChatGPT answers from general knowledge and can make things up. An AI assistant for business answers only from the owner’s materials and shows, under each answer, the name of the document it came from.
The AI assistant names a price or timeline only if they’re written in the owner’s materials. Otherwise it doesn’t make one up: it tells the client it’s passing the question on and sends the owner the whole chat.
All of the AI assistant’s conversations are saved in a log. You can see what people asked most often and what’s worth adding to your materials.
All you need is examples of questions clients send and the files you already have: terms, service descriptions, past chats, website pages. No need to write anything from scratch — Gordey will show you what’s missing.
