Short answer

What a bot script is made of

A script is the bot’s whole dialogue written in advance in plain text: what it says first, which buttons it shows, what it asks and how it ends the conversation. The bot says only what’s in it and doesn’t improvise.

The core has three parts. Greeting: the bot says right away who it is and how it can help. Buttons: people tap “Book” or “Question” instead of typing at random. Data collection: name, contact, time and the gist — exactly enough that you don’t have to ask anything again.

Then come the limits. When the bot says “I’m passing this to a person”: an unusual question, an urgent request, a tricky case. What it never discusses: money or promises on your behalf. And what reaches you right away, and what can wait until morning.

The goal of a script isn’t a nice conversation but a complete request in your Telegram. That’s why a good script is short: every question the bot asks works toward the request.

A good script is written in your words — the way you answer clients yourself. I write it for your niche, and you read it as text and approve it before the first line of code.

Result

A ready request: what the client sees and what you see

The script ends with two messages: a confirmation for the client, and for you — a request you don’t have to piece together.

Client in the chat with the bot

  • Picked the service with a button: ceramic coating
  • Picked the time: tomorrow, 10:00
  • Sent their contact in one tap
  • Got: request passed on, confirmation will come here

You in your Telegram

  • New request from the bot
  • Andrii · +380 67 ··· ·· 12
  • Ceramic coating — tomorrow, 10:00
  • Under the request, two buttons: “Confirm” or “Reschedule”

Limits

Where the bot stops and calls you

These branches are written into the same script. The bot doesn’t make up an answer — it honestly passes the question to a person.

Price question

“The technician names the price after inspecting the car — it depends on the size and condition of the body. Shall I book you for an inspection?”

Urgent request

“Urgent bookings are approved by the owner — I don’t promise what I don’t know. I’ve passed your question on — the answer will come here.”

Call a person

“Calling the administrator — they’ll reply here, in this chat.” And you get a message: a client is asking for you.

Off-script question

The bot doesn’t pick an answer at random: it tells the client it’s passing the question on, and sends you their message with their name and contact.

What’s inside

What a chatbot script includes

Greeting

The first message: who’s writing and how it can help. The bot says right away that it’s a bot and shows buttons — people don’t have to figure out where to start.

Tap to choose

Service, day, time — by tapping, not typing. Each button is an answer the bot is sure to recognize, because it offered it in the first place.

Data for the request

Name, contact, time and the gist. Every question in the script fills one of these fields — the bot asks nothing extra.

What wakes you, what waits

A separate line in the script: what reaches you right away and what waits until morning. The bot handles an ordinary night-time booking on its own and doesn’t wake you.

Example

Chatbot script example: booking a ceramic coating

A dialogue from the live demo — the bot for GLOSS, a detailing studio. The client books a ceramic coating for their car without typing a single word.

  1. Greeting and buttons

Bot: “Hi! I’m the GLOSS detailing studio bot — I reply around the clock. How can I help?” Buttons: Book · Prices · Question · Call a person.

  2. Choosing the service

The client taps “Book”. The bot asks: “Which service?” — and offers three buttons: Polishing, Ceramic coating, Interior cleaning. The client picks ceramic coating.

  3. Time and contact

The bot shows the nearest open slots, and the client taps “Tomorrow, 10:00”. Next: “What should I call you? Send your contact — the confirmation will come here too.”

  4. Confirmation

Bot: “Thank you, Andrii! I’ve passed your request to the administrator — confirmation will come here in a minute.” At night it’s different: “The administrator will confirm in the morning.”

Questions

Questions about the script

What is a chatbot script?

A chatbot script is the whole dialogue written in advance as text: the greeting, buttons, questions for the request and the points where the bot hands the conversation to a person. The bot says only what’s in it, so it doesn’t make up prices or make promises.

Will a ready-made chatbot script work?

A ready-made template gives a generic conversation, but your clients need your services, your hours and your words. That’s why I write the bot script for your niche — the way you answer clients yourself.

What do you need from me to write the script?

For the bot script I need to know what people write to you most often, how you answer and where the requests should go. You can tell me in your own words, even in a voice message — no documents.

How do I test the bot script before launch?

First you read the whole dialogue as text and mark the places where the bot doesn’t sound like you — before any code. Then you message the bot yourself as a client, and we fix every miss before the bot sees real clients.

Can I change the script after launch?

Yes. You’ll be able to edit the bot’s replies yourself by following the instructions, and I fix any bugs after launch myself.

Where can I see a script example live?

You can see a script example in the live bot demo on this site. Book a service or ask a question — and you’ll see both the conversation and the request the owner gets.

Message me — I’ll handle it.

I’ll reply as soon as I can.
