How to implement AI in your business
Start simple: hand the questions clients ask every day to an AI assistant. Below: how to implement AI in your business in four steps, what to prepare and how to test it.
Just write — I’ll take it from there. I’ll estimate your task at no cost.
I’m Gordey’s AI assistant — real, not a recording. I reply in a few seconds.
Short answer
Don’t start with a big system. Start with one task: the questions clients ask you every day. How much is it, do you deliver, how do I book, how do I pay. You already have the answers — in your chats, your terms and your head. That’s why they’re the easiest place to start.
The AI assistant takes answers from your materials and replies to clients day and night, in your words. If something isn’t in the materials, it doesn’t make it up: it tells the client it’s passing the question on, and you get the whole conversation in Telegram.
Implementation takes four steps: a short call, your materials, testing, launch. The assistant goes live only after you’ve asked it questions yourself and made sure it answers the way you would.
The assistant works where clients already message you: in a chat window on your website, in Telegram or in a chat in your admin panel. Want to add it to a bot or an app later? It’s the same assistant — no need to train it again.

Testing
You do the testing — because you know what the right answer should sound like.

Limits
AI is great at taking repeat questions off your plate. Where a decision, empathy or responsibility is needed, you’re better off replying yourself.
An angry client needs a person who can apologize and fix things. The assistant hands that conversation to you.
Anything outside your terms is yours to assess. The assistant doesn’t make up prices or deadlines — it calls you in.
Delayed payment, special terms, returns outside the rules — that’s your call, not the assistant’s.
Leads into a spreadsheet, messages between services, reports — that’s not an AI assistant anymore, it’s process automation. A separate service.
Materials
The most valuable source: real questions in real words. Chat screenshots, forwarded messages, website pages — any format works.
What you do and what the cost depends on. The assistant will only quote your prices and never invent its own.
Delivery, payment, returns, hours, what the service includes. Everything you explain to clients for the tenth time.
Easier to say it out loud? Then say it. A voice message also becomes material the assistant takes answers from.
Step by step
From you — client questions and the files you already have. I do the rest, and you check the assistant’s answers.
We go over the questions you get most often and pick the ones you’re ready to hand off. You can start with just a few topics.
You send what you have. I tell you what’s missing for the answers, what’s critical and what can wait.
You ask the assistant questions as a client, including awkward ones. We fix any inaccuracy in the materials before a single client sees it.
The assistant starts replying on your website or in Telegram. The conversations it hands over reach you as the full chat.
Questions
The easiest start is your clients’ repeat questions: an AI assistant answers them from your materials and hands the tricky ones to you. I handle the technical side; from you — client questions and the files you already have.
For an AI assistant, what you already have is enough: chats with clients, prices, your terms, website pages, even voice messages. I’ll go through the materials and tell you what’s missing, what’s critical and what can wait.
Before launch, you message the AI assistant as a client — with everyday and awkward questions. We fix inaccurate answers in the materials before it starts talking to real people.
Complaints, custom orders and decisions on exceptions to the rules are better left to a person. In those conversations the AI assistant stops and hands the chat over to you in Telegram.
If your time goes on leads, spreadsheets or moving data between services, that’s a job for process automation, not an AI assistant. There’s a separate service for it: “Automation”.
I’ll personally quote the exact price of an AI assistant after our first call — and it won’t go up after that.
