AI website chatbot that never guesses
An AI chatbot for your website that answers clients day and night using only your materials and shows where each answer came from. If the answer isn’t there, it passes the question to you in Telegram.
Just write — I’ll take it from there. I’ll estimate your task at no cost.
I’m Gordey’s AI assistant — real, not a recording. I reply in a few seconds.
What it is
It’s a chat window on your website: a client types a question, and the assistant answers from what you gave it — terms, prices, hours, FAQs. No website yet? I’ll build both the site and the chat.
It fits if you get the same messages every day: how much is it, do you deliver, when can I come in. And nobody is there to reply at night or on weekends — so the client goes to whoever answers faster.

The difference
Both live in a window on your site, but they work differently.

Example
This is how the assistant answers in the Kava&Co coffee shop demo on the home page — from three files: delivery, terms, payment.
“Do you ship across Ukraine?” — at any hour, in their own words, no buttons or menus.
It checks only your files, not the whole internet, and answers in seconds.
“Yes, we ship all over Ukraine…” And under the answer — “from your knowledge base · delivery.md”.
Someone asked something that isn’t in the files? The assistant doesn’t make up a price or a deadline: it says it’s passing the question on and sends you the whole conversation.
What it looks like
The client writes in their own words, like in a messenger. The assistant answers in seconds, in your tone, and is upfront that it’s AI, not a person.
Every answer comes from your materials, with the file name underneath: terms, payment, delivery. The client can open it and check, instead of taking it on faith.
Together we make a list of topics: what the assistant answers itself, and where it stays quiet and hands over to you. The list stays with you — you add and remove topics yourself.
You get the whole chat with the client’s name and contact. You pick up where the assistant left off, without asking the client to repeat anything.
Launch
No special prep needed: what you already have is enough. I handle sorting it out and the setup.
Forward a few typical client messages, or just list them for me on Telegram.
Payment and delivery terms, prices, site pages, past chats, even voice notes. I’ll sort through them and tell you what’s missing and what can wait.
We mark the topics the assistant answers itself and the ones where it hands over to you right away.
You message the chat as if you were a client, I fix anything inaccurate — and turn the chat on for everyone. Handed-off conversations go to your Telegram.
Questions
The price of an AI chatbot for your website from Gordey depends on how many materials and topics you have and where else the assistant should answer — only on the site or in Telegram too. I’ll quote the exact amount personally after our first conversation — and it won’t go up after that.
Yes, the chat window appears on your current site — where clients already look for you. If you don’t have a site yet, Gordey will build that too.
A menu bot leads the client with ready-made buttons and gets lost when a question isn’t on the menu. An AI chat understands a question in the client’s own words, answers from the owner’s materials, and passes what it doesn’t know to the owner.
At night the AI chat answers just as fast as during the day, and under the answer it shows the name of the file the answer came from. If the answer isn’t in the materials, the assistant says it has passed the question on, and the owner gets the whole conversation in Telegram.
The gordey.pro home page has a demo assistant for the Kava&Co coffee shop, and the “Ask the AI” button opens Gordey’s live AI assistant. It answers about Gordey’s services the same way yours will answer about yours.
To launch the AI chat, a few typical client questions and the files you already have are enough: terms, prices, past chats, site pages. Gordey will sort through the materials and tell you what’s missing.
