ServicesAI chatbot for website and TelegramAI assistant trained on your materials (knowledge base)
Knowledge base chatbot
This knowledge base chatbot answers clients only from your documents and shows the source under every answer. If the answer isn’t in the base, it doesn’t make things up — it loops you in.
Just write — I’ll take it from there. I’ll estimate your task at no cost.
I’m Gordey’s AI assistant — real, not a recording. I reply in a few seconds.
Simply put
A company knowledge base is your answers collected in one place: terms, rules, instructions, the things you explain to clients every day. Usually you already have them — just scattered across emails, files and voice messages.
A RAG chatbot works with that base simply: before answering, it finds the right piece in your documents and builds the answer from it — not from the internet or general knowledge. That’s why you see the document name under the answer.
It helps most if people message you the same things every day: how to order, what’s included, what the terms are. The bot handles those questions itself, and the rest come to you.

What to prepare
So you know up front what to expect from a bot trained on your data.

What it won’t do
Rules
No one can rule out AI mistakes completely, so the assistant is built not to answer at random.
It builds the answer from what it found in your materials, in your words. If it finds nothing, it doesn’t answer “off the top of its head.”
If your documents have no price, deadline or term, the assistant won’t name one. An honest “I’m passing this on” beats a promise you never made.
You see which topics the bot answers itself and which ones it hands straight to you. The list is yours — change it whenever you need.
Materials and access are on your accounts from day one. If you leave, the base and the assistant stay yours.
The same base answers in the chat window on your website and in the Telegram bot, and later in the app too. You don’t build anything separately for each channel.
What’s included
Client emails, terms, instructions, website texts, voice messages — I gather them into one company knowledge base. You don’t rewrite anything: I’ll tell you myself which answers are missing.
Under the answer is the name of the document it came from. The client can open it, and you see what the assistant relied on.
The client is told the question has been passed to a person, and you get the whole conversation in Telegram with their name and contact details — you pick up right where it left off.
A new term appears in your file — and the next answer already reflects it. No retraining the bot: I’ll show you how it’s done.
How it works
You bring the files and the questions you get asked most. I do the rest.
Emails, terms, instructions, voice messages — as they are, no sorting or rewriting.
I put together the knowledge base and tell you which answers are missing: what’s needed before launch and what can wait.
You ask the bot tricky and awkward questions. We fix anything inaccurate in the documents before real clients see it.
The bot goes live on your website and in Telegram. From then on you add to the base yourself — I’ll show you how.
Questions
This kind of bot first looks for the answer in your documents — messages, terms, instructions, voice messages — and answers only from them. You see the document name under the answer, and anything that isn’t in the base, the bot passes to you.
No one can rule out AI mistakes completely, so my assistant doesn’t answer at random: if the answer isn’t in your materials, it won’t name prices or deadlines — it passes the conversation to you. Every answer shows its source, so it’s easy to check.
Yes, a document-based bot is built from what you already have: client emails, terms, instructions, website texts, voice messages. You don’t need to organize anything — I’ll go through the files myself and tell you which answers are missing.
No need to retrain the bot: you fix the term in your document, and the assistant answers with the new one right away. I’ll show you how during training.
The knowledge base, materials and access belong to you from day one and sit on your accounts. If you decide to leave, everything stays with you.
This assistant answers your clients on your website and in Telegram, so the knowledge base here works for them. If you need an internal base for your team, describe the task and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’ll take it on.
For an AI assistant trained on your materials, I’ll quote the exact price personally after our first conversation — and it won’t go up after that.
