Have it in black? Any size 42 left? It answers from what your descriptions say. If you don’t track stock there, it doesn’t promise anything and passes the question to you.

AI assistant for online stores
An AI assistant for your online store answers shoppers’ questions about delivery, sizes and returns in your own words — even at night. Questions about a specific order go to you on Telegram.
Just write — I’ll take it from there. I’ll estimate your task at no cost.
I’m Gordey’s AI assistant — real, not a recording. I reply in a few seconds.
Who it’s for
Online shoppers message you when they’re unsure: will the size fit, is it available in the right color, how long will delivery take, and what if it doesn’t fit. If they don’t get a quick answer, they often close the tab and buy wherever someone replied.
The assistant takes its answers from what you already have: delivery and payment terms, return rules, size charts and product descriptions. It works for stores selling clothing, shoes, cosmetics and home goods — anywhere the same questions come up every day and nobody is around to answer the chat late into the night.
No store yet? Start by building the store itself — that’s the “Online store” service. The assistant can be added to it right away: the same assistant works both on the website and in a Telegram bot.

What matters in a store
Most questions in a store’s chat are the same ones. Here’s how the assistant handles each.
Have it in black? Any size 42 left? It answers from what your descriptions say. If you don’t track stock there, it doesn’t promise anything and passes the question to you.
Suggests a size based on your size chart and fit description. It won’t make up advice that isn’t in your materials.
Options, delivery times, cost, paying by card or cash on delivery — as written in your terms, in your words.
Explains your rules: time limits, the item’s condition, who pays for return shipping. Specific cases involving an order that has already arrived go to you.
Never quotes amounts that aren’t in your descriptions and never makes up promotions. If it has no answer, it honestly tells the shopper it’s passing the question to you.
What you get
“Where’s my package?”, an exchange for something already received, an unusual request — the assistant doesn’t guess. It tells the shopper it’s passing the question on and sends you the whole chat on Telegram, with the shopper’s name and contact.
Materials, sizes, what’s in the box, care — from your product cards and size charts. Each answer shows which document it came from.
Evenings and nights are when people finally have time to shop. The assistant replies in seconds, and in the morning you can check the log to see what people asked.
A new delivery option or different return rules: add it to your terms, and shoppers get the new answer right away.
How it works
All I need from you is what your store already has: terms, product cards, past chats with shoppers. I handle the rest.
A quick Telegram message: what shoppers ask most, what you’re ready to hand over to the assistant, and what you’d rather keep.
You send your delivery, payment and return terms, size charts and descriptions. I’ll point out where a common question has no answer.
You message the assistant like a picky shopper: about size, returns, delivery. We fix any inaccuracies before shoppers ever see it.
The assistant appears in a chat window on your store’s website or in Telegram, and handed-off conversations come to you on Telegram.
Questions
It answers shoppers about delivery, payment, returns, sizes and stock based on your terms and product descriptions, day and night. Questions about a specific order or an unusual case go to you on Telegram along with the shopper’s contact.
The assistant doesn’t make up the status of a specific order. It tells the shopper it’s passing the question on and sends you the whole chat on Telegram, with the shopper’s name and contact.
The assistant answers from what your materials say, so keep your descriptions up to date. If your stock changes often, add this topic to the list the assistant always passes to you — you edit that list yourself.
First you need the store itself — that’s the “Online store” service. The AI assistant can be added right after the store launches.
The assistant doesn’t pretend to be a person and replies in seconds. At night, a shopper usually cares more about getting a quick answer on size or delivery than waiting until morning.
For an online store, I’ll personally quote the exact price of an AI assistant after our first conversation, and it won’t go up after that.
