Support bot on Telegram 24/7
A Telegram customer support bot answers the questions you get over and over — hours, delivery, payment — even on Sundays. It doesn’t make up what it doesn’t know: it passes the question to you with the client’s contact.
Just write — I’ll take it from there. I’ll estimate your task at no cost.
what it is
A support bot is a Telegram auto-reply bot for the questions you get every day: what time you close, how long delivery takes, how to pay, where to find you. It’s also called a manager bot or a tech support bot. It answers with what you’ve read and approved, so it never promises anything on your behalf.
It fits if you answer clients yourself or with one admin, and the same questions eat up your evenings. When a question is tricky, the bot doesn’t stall or go in circles: it calls you in right away, and you get straight to the point.

two options
Both options answer clients on their own. The difference is how a person asks the question.

examples
What people usually ask a support bot in different niches — and where it stops and calls you.
“How long does hair coloring take?”, “Is there parking nearby?”, “How do I reschedule?” The bot doesn’t deal with complaints about a stylist — it passes them to you.
“How long does delivery take?”, “How do I pay?”, “How do I return an item?” A dispute over a specific return goes to you.
“What time do you close?”, “Do you have a vegan menu?”, “Can I bring my dog?” A banquet or a large order goes to you.
“Are you open on Sundays?”, “What should I bring to my appointment?”, “How do I get to you?” The bot doesn’t assess symptoms — it hands over to a person right away.
“Do you repair this model?”, “How do I drop off my device?”, “Is there a warranty on repairs?” Assessing a specific fault is left to the technician.
“When does the next group start?”, “Will lessons be recorded?”, “How do I get a certificate?” Special arrangements for a student are up to you alone.
what’s included
Address, opening hours, delivery terms, payment methods, how to book — the bot answers in the words you approved. It doesn’t make up answers to new questions — it passes them to you.
A question at 3 a.m. or on a Sunday doesn’t wait until Monday: the client gets an answer right away, not silence in the chat.
The bot doesn’t pretend: off-script questions go to a person. The client knows someone will help, and you see who’s asking and what about.
Your phone rings only when you’re actually needed. Conversations the bot handled on its own stay in the feed — check them when you have time.

how it works
All I need from you is the questions people send you and your “yes” to the answers. I handle the rest.
Forward me what people ask most often — screenshots or voice messages are fine. From that, I make a list of what the bot will know.
I write the answers and draw the line: what the bot handles on its own and what it passes to you. You read it all as plain text and edit it before any code.
You message the bot as a client, awkward questions included. Whatever it gets wrong, I fix before launch.
The bot answers clients, and tricky questions come to you on Telegram. Later, you can edit the answers yourself with a step-by-step guide.
Questions
A Telegram customer support bot answers clients’ frequent questions at any hour, including nights and holidays, in the words you approved. If it has no answer to a question, it doesn’t make one up — it passes it to you.
A regular auto-reply sends the same message to everyone, like “I’ll reply later.” A support bot answers exactly what people ask, and passes anything it doesn’t know to you.
Telegram shows this message when a bot is connected to an account via Telegram Business, but the bot itself doesn’t have that mode turned on. The problem isn’t your account — it’s the bot’s settings. If you see this with your bot, message me and I’ll take a look under the hood.
A support bot doesn’t argue with an angry client and never promises anything on your behalf. It says a person will handle the question and forwards the complaint to you right away, so you can reply yourself.
The price of a support bot depends on how many questions and branches it has to know and where it should pass requests. I’ll quote the exact amount personally after our first conversation, and it won’t go up after that.
Before we talk about a support bot, just gather the questions clients ask most often and decide who should get the tricky ones. I write the answers; you just read them and say “yes” or what to change.
