A bot talks in messages and buttons — that’s enough while there aren’t many questions. A Mini App is a screen: a catalog, a cart, a calendar, an account. Often you need both, and they live in one account.
Do clients need to install anything?
No. They already have Telegram, and the app opens inside it. The App Store and Google Play aren’t part of the path.
Does it work on iPhone, Android and desktop?
Yes, it’s one app for all three. I build and test it on the phone first: that’s where most people come from.
What about payments?
Telegram processes payments through a payment provider you sign a contract with yourself. The money goes straight to you — I connect the path and test it from the button to your card.
I already have a website or a bot. Does a Mini App replace them?
No, it sits alongside them. The website is for people who find you through search; the Mini App is for people who already message you on Telegram. If you already have a bot, I look at what’s inside and tell you honestly: extend it or rebuild it.
