from $400
Turnkey website
A turnkey small business website starts from $400. The exact cost depends on how many pages you need and what the site must do: collect requests, take bookings or accept payments. Copy, design, a second language and an AI assistant are included. After a short chat you get one fixed price that won’t grow unless the task changes.
- One price — not a range
- Copy and design included
- Pay for accepted stages
- Code and domain are yours

Your website
Build your website — and see what goes into it
Four questions, no prices, no sign-up. Tick the options — your site assembles on the right.
Your website
One page for one service: what you do, reviews, a request button. The least work — and the lowest price. More — landing page.
A few pages: about you, services, reviews, contacts. More pages and copy — a higher price. More — business card website.
Each service gets found on Google separately. More pages and copy — so a higher price. More — corporate website.
Online booking is a separate part of the work, shown in the price right away. How it works — website with online booking.
Payments on the site are a separate part of the work too; I name them together with the whole price.
Requests to a spreadsheet or CRM are separate from Telegram requests, which are already included.
A second language is included at no extra cost.
Each extra language means more copy: I’ll tell you how it changes the price.
I’ll look at your current site and tell you honestly whether to improve it or rebuild it faster. More — website update.

What’s already included in the price of a website
I don’t bill design and copy as separate lines — here’s what you get with any turnkey website.
The cost goes up if
- you need a page for each service
- the site must take bookings or payments
- requests also need to go to a spreadsheet or CRM

No surprises
Why the quoted price won’t grow
- 01The price is final
While the task stays the same, the price doesn’t grow, and any overrun is on me. Want to add something new — I’ll tell you first what it changes.
- 02Pay for accepted work
I work in stages: after each one you decide whether to go on. I refund prepayment for stages not yet started.
- 03Wrong scope — money back
If I deliver something other than what we agreed, I refund that stage, no arguments.
- 04Bugs are on me
I fix bugs found within 6 months of launch at no extra cost and respond to critical ones within 2 hours, even at weekends.

- You decide whether to move forwardAfter each stage, you can stop the project. You pay only for completed and accepted stages. I refund any prepayment for stages not yet started.
- The price is final. Overruns are on meIf the task hasn’t changed, the amount named at the start doesn’t grow. If it has, we talk first, then I do the work.

How much does website development cost?
From $400 for a turnkey website. I name the exact price after our first conversation: it depends on the number of pages and what the site must do.
How much does a one-page website or landing page cost?
It’s the smallest amount of work, so the lowest price — from $400. I’ll name the exact figure after we talk about your service.
How much does a business card website cost?
Also from $400: the price depends on how many pages and how much copy you need. I’ll name it after a few questions.
How much does a website for a clinic, salon or auto repair shop cost?

What’s included in the price of a website?
Copy, design, code and launch, a second language, an AI assistant and requests to your Telegram. Code and domain are on your accounts.
Can the price go up during the work?
No, if the task hasn’t changed: the quoted price is final, any overrun is on me. Want to add something — I’ll first tell you what it changes, and only then do we go ahead.
Do I have to pay everything at once?
No. I work in stages: after each one you decide whether to go on, and you pay only for completed and accepted stages.
Is there a monthly fee after launch?
Not to me. Later improvements are separate tasks, and I name the price of each in advance.
What if something breaks after launch?
Bugs are on me: for six months after launch I fix them at no extra cost, and I respond to a critical bug within two hours, even at weekends.
