Between the source and the spreadsheet there is always a check: the same request must not land twice, empty fields must not break the row, and a service failure must not quietly eat an order. A scenario without that breaks on the very first failure — and you hear about it from a client rather than from the system.
This site and the bot that brings me orders are built in exactly the same way.
What else I do

Website or landing page. Someone arriving from an ad sees straight away how you can help and leaves a request in one tap.
